| Here are some very basic rules that everyone should follow. Failing to do so could result in your post being modified or deleted or you could even be banned from the forum! So please, please, follow the RULES! - Do not say something offensive, racist, sexist, or just plain mean spirited. It's okay to be mad or even passionate but please be as civil as possible!
- If you or someone else is being verbally abused by any of the users here, send either me or the forum Mod a P.M. and we'll take care of the perpetrator.
- If you are posting a link or a forum topic, make sure it is relevant to what we're doing or the category.
- Do not advertise products or websites here unless you are recommending something relevant to ghost hunting or F.P.A. If you are caught advertising your account may be deleted!
- Do not SPAM this forum! SPAM counts as any of the following actions:
- Repetitive comments that add nothing to the topic. Make sure that every post has something to contribute to the discussion at hand.
- Posting multiple images in a single post. Remember, not everyone has high speed internet yet so it takes a long time to load lots of images! Keep the number of images per post down to Three. The exception is if you make a topic specifically for posting images, then you may post as much as you like. If you post too many images at once they will be deleted and you will be advised to post them in a separate topic.
- It's nice if one person catches a user spamming or making a mistake, but when multiple people start saying the same thing the first person said, it does not help! That kind of behavior counts as spam. If someone has already pointed out the mistake and given that person advice then leave it alone.
Be sure to check this forum often as new rules may be posted here! If you're having a hard time with the rules, just think of it like this. If you think it's bad, then don't do it! Lets all be friendly and supportive to one another, we're part of a large community that is receiving more and more scrutiny. If we treat each other with respect, then others outside of us will follow suit. | |
